Cycling for charity

Cycling for Terre des Hommes. So in 1987, the Cyclists' Union Vlissingen department wanted to achieve two things with the first 11-Village Tour on Walcheren: fun for the participants and at the same time support the charity. The number of participants in the event grew every year and the ride became a household name. In 1997, together with a board and volunteers, the Terre des Hommes shop expanded the event. Since 2023, the new organisation has been called: Dorpentocht Walcheren Foundation.
